The type of personal information we collect  

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it 

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

  • You have sent us a query through our contact form or directly to us and have provided personal information yourself 
  • You have contacted us through social media and shared personal information with us 
  • We are working with you for a project, and you have given your information for a contract we are completing 
  • You have contacted us to complete an invoice 
  • You have contacted us via phone  
  • You work within the company, and you have given your data for this purpose 

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: 

  • Google Analytics – We only receive data from Google Analytics when you have accepted all cookies for our website. Google Analytics share your data with us which we only use for metric gathering and marketing 

We use the information that you have given us to complete projects you are working with them which you have been hired for, to understand more about our customers and to help with future marketing. We also use the data to help with follow up appointment and queries.  

We may share address and main contact information with other third-party organisations to enable them to carry out certain repairs or services, more information on this is available on request. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

  1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting enquires@churchbridgefacilities.co.uk

How we store your personal information  

Your information is securely stored on our systems, with access only being granted to a set list of people.  

Information collected through Google Analytics are stored on their servers which can only be access by a set list of people. 

All information stored has security measures in place such a limited access, and password protection. 

We keep your personal information, such as name and contact details and business information for 7 years after last business activities. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting your data. 

We keep Google Analytics data for 26 months (inline with their policies). Google Analytics will safely and securely delete this information. 

Your data protection rights

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.  

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.  

Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.  

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.  

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances. 

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
